Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
The audio file in it's entirety of the sentencing hearing for CASE #CR2018-002024-001 DT conducted on September 4, 2019 at 9:15 a.m. in the SUPERIOR COURT OF ARIZONA COUNTY OF MARICOPA. I would also like to request the transcribed file in hard copy format.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Regarding a hard copy transcript, those are not automatically prepared. Transcripts must be specifically requested by a party or ordered by the court. Electronic Record Services only provides copies of digital recordings of court hearings. We do not prepare transcripts. If a hard copy transcript is needed, please call Verbatim Reporting and Transcription at 520-303-7356 or eScribers at 602-263-0885. Verbatim and eScribers have contracts with the Court to prepare transcripts from digital recordings. Be prepared to discuss cost and delivery options with the Verbatim or eScribers representative. Once Verbatim or eScribers obtains your request, they will contact us to upload the digital recording for transcription.
