Can you clarify what you mean by Administrative Procedures? Thank you.

From: Shawn Musgrave

Hello,

Thank you for your response. I am requesting the manual, guidebook or similar document that guides your officers and administrative staff through the various forms, reports, databases and protocols used by your agency. This is a typical document for the human resources or personnel department of government agencies to have.

Please let me know if I can clarify further.

Best,
Shawn

From: Brandon Jones - SHERIFFX

Shawn,
There are a number of documents that describe access to databases, and such, however some of these are governed by State or Federal agencies, while some are not. Can you break it down any more into something more specific so that I know what documents to release?

Thanks.

From: Shawn Musgrave

Hello,

For this request, I am interested in all guides which officers use as references for their day-to-day recordkeeping and case research. Whether state, federal or department is irrelevant.

Does that help at all?

Best,
Shawn
