Once you click on the link you will need to input your name and email address to access the records. The link will automatically expire in 10 business days and files are deleted. If you fail to download these files, you will need to resubmit a new request to obtain copies. Due to the COVID-19 if you would like a hard copy, please respond to this email and an appointment will be set up for purchasing request.

Below is the process and fee associated with requesting hard copies.

Hard copies will be available only by appointment during this pandemic of the COVID-19. Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding holidays. Your records will be available for review or purchase for the next 30 business days from the date of this notice. A price will be provided if you choose to receive hard copies.

Your records can be picked up at the Sheriff's Office headquarters at 550 W. Jackson, Phoenix AZ 85003. By appointment only.
