The log of all calls for service related to the Arizona State Prison - Phoenix West from January 2000 through the date this request is processed. If processing involves both electronic and paper documents, a rolling response, beginning with the most recent digitally-available materials, would be appreciated. If another department may be in possession of additional responsive materials, identification of relevant departments would also be appreciated.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Legal Liaison section has been advised that Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) does not maintain records responsive to the request for Calls for Service to the Arizona State Prison – Phoenix West. The Arizona State Prison – Phoenix West does not fall within the jurisdiction of MCSO.

Please be advised that the MCSO Legal Liaison Section made contact with the Phoenix Police Department (PPD) Public Records, Code Enforcement Unit for further information.
