The City of Manteca City Clerk's Office is currently working closely with the Police Department on your request. The request will require searching for, collecting, and appropriately examining a significant amount of records. Under these circumstances, the City will need to extend the typical response time for production of responsive records under the authority of California Government Code Section 6253(c)(2). Our office is continuing to work closely with the Police Department to obtain the requested reports pursuant to your request and will provide a response on or before Wednesday, December 9, 2020.

In the response email to you dated November 24, 2020, our office informed you that we are still actively working on your request. Due to the volume of records to be examined, our office will need to extend the typical response time for production of responsive records under the authority of California Government Code Section 6253(c)(2).
