Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the complete personnel records of Manitowoc Public School District employee Mimi Munch, including, but not limited to, all of the following:
1. A copy of the bullying incident investigation report made by Principal Lance Masters (Washington Middle School) that pertains to our daughter Aliza Moerschbacher. We submitted a report of bullying letter to Principal Masters and the Manitowoc Public School District (MPSD) on February 11, 2020, after Mimi Munch had become physical with Aliza on more than one occasion. As MPSD Human Resources Director Joyce Greenwood-Aerts admitted in a letter to us dated February 26, 2020, "the report is a personnel record." As such, it is subjec to public release under Wis. Stat. § 19.21, 31–39 and distric policy 8310 ("PUBLIC RECORDS").
2. Qualifications for employment.
3. State- or federally-mandated training, certification, and/or licensing.
4. Termination or other disciplinary action, including any and all past complaints.
A PDF copy of our public records request to the district is attached.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
