Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
-Malden Police Department's log of public records requests submitted to the department between January 1, 2012 and June 18, 2017
Please include all segregable information, including the name of the requester, date the request was submitted, available status of the request, and date the request was closed (if applicable).
Please provide materials on a rolling basis, as they become available.
If possible, I'd request that any fees associated with the release of these materials please be waived, as the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We would be able to mail this, but a charge would assessed for mailing along with a 5cent charge for each copy. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
