To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Maine Freedom of Access Act, I hereby request the following records:

Yearly unduplicated headcount data for all higher education institutions in the University of Maine System for AY 2020-2021, and all academic years from AY 2000-201 and AY 2014-2015.

Yearly full time enrollment data for all higher education institutions in the University of Maine System for AY 2020-2021, and all academic years from AY 2000-201 and AY 2014-2015.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by 1 M.R.S.A. § 408(6). The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I am writing to acknowledge your Maine Freedom of Access (FOAA) request

All non-privileged records currently in the possession or control of the
University of Maine System responsive to your request have been collected
and reviewed and are now made available to you as attachments to this
email, in full satisfaction of your request. Please reach out if there are
any issues in accessing the records provided. Please note that the
University anticipates additional documentation relevant to your request to
be in the University's possession sometime in November, but as it is not
currently available no further documentation is to be provided in response
to this request at this time. You are welcome to re-submit a request around
the time additional documentation may be available for public inspection.
