Derontae Martin Records

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the The Missouri Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

I would like to request the full record relating to the death of Derontae Martin (date of death 4/25/21). That would include, but not be limited to, the full autopsy, the coroner's inquest from 7/30/21, and any other documents pertinent to the deceased.

I am aware that these records are required to be available to the public but was unable to locate any publications or online request portal.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
