Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Records sufficient to show the type, amount, and purchase date of all KeyW Corporation equipment or software possessed by the agency
2. Use policies and/or data retention policies for any KeyW Corporation equipment, technology, or software possessed by the agency
3. All contracts, purchase orders, and/or invoices between the agency and KeyW Corporation.
4. All emails between employees of the agency and representatives of KeyW Corporation.
KeyW Corporation is a cybersecurity company (https://www.keywcorp.com/).
Please limit all communication regarding this request to email. Please do not telephone me about this matter.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I'm responding to the public records request we received from you via fax last week. The fax we received is attached. I checked with the MPD personnel who would be involved in any dealings with a company like KeyW Corporation. None were aware of any dealings with them at all, even random emails. I also checked with the City Information Technology division, which from my understanding is directly responsible for cybersecurity for the City of Madison. They said they have not had any contacts with KeyW Corporation either.
We have no records that are responsive to your public records request.
