(Request #1) The "1921 MID Map" and the 1928 map entitled "East Side Farms" referred to in "Question & Answers, Madera Irrigation District, Request for Proposals History Book."
(Request #2) The presentation slides and any handouts related to the presentation by AGM Nolan during the January 31, 2012 Special Board of Directors Meeting.
(Request #3) The presentation slides and any handouts related to the presentation "by staff on Fresno River Riparian Operations Through 2014" presented during the 1/13/2015 Special Meeting of Madera Irrigation District Board of Directors.
(Request #4) The presentation slides and any handouts related to the "Power Point Presentation" during the "LANDOWNER WORKSHOP" on 3/10/2011.
(Request #5) The presentation slides and any handouts related to the "Presentation by staff: MID 101: an overview of MID's history and operations" during during the Special Meeting of Madera Irrigation District Board of Directors on 2/3/2015
(Request #6) The "Fresno River Users Scenario Comparison sheet" distributed at the 4/3/2012 Madera Irrigation District Board of Directors meeting.
(Request #7) All riparian Chain of Title and Legal Opinions submitted to the Madera Irrigation District during the time period 1/1/2007 through 10/16/2018.
(Request #8) All annual submittals from riparian or appropriative right holders of pump tests, crop maps, Statements of Diversion and Use and cropping information sheets during the time period 1/1/2007 through 10/16/2018.
(Request #9) All maps that the Madera Irrigation District has that label, mark, outline and/or identify riparian lands. Include all maps regardless of whether or not the maps were created/generated/made by the Madera Irrigation District or others.
(Request #10) The "Fresno River Operations" Annual Report from each year: 2007 through 2018.
(Request #11) All Well Completion Reports (commonly known as "well logs," among other names) transmitted to the Madera Irrigation District from the Department of Water Resources during the time period from 1/1/2010 to 10/16/2018.
(Request #12) All contents of file directory "F:\ENGINEERING\Riparian" as of 10/17/2018, including all files, folders and sub-folders.
(Request #13) A copy of each Crop Water Distribution Policy for each year: 1990 through 2018.
(Request #14) The flow meter specifications required of water diverters and the make/model of all flow meters purchased by the the Madera Irrigation District during 2016, 2017 and 2018 along with copies of the invoices.
(Request #15) Any and all presentation slides presented during the 10/16/2018 Madera Irrigation District Board of Directors Meeting.
(Request #16) Any and all sign-in sheets from the 10/16/2018 Madera Irrigation District Board of Directors Meeting.
(Request #17) Any and all presentation slides presented during the 10/16/2018 Madera Irrigation District Groundwater Sustainability Agency Board of Directors Meeting.
(Request #18) Any and all sign-in sheets from the 10/16/2018 Madera Irrigation District Groundwater Sustainability Agency Board of Directors Meeting.

(Request #21) All board packets, agendas and minutes for the Madera Irrigation District Board of Directors and the Madera Irrigation District Groundwater Sustainability Agency Board of Directors from the time period 1/1/1970 through 12/31/2015.
(Request #22) The letter from Jeanne Zolezzi to MID and USBR dated 3/1/2011.
(Request #23) The email dated 3/11/2011 by Mr. Kevin Long of SWRCB.
(Request #24) The letter "mailed out to Terri Jorgensen and Tom Greci representing the riparians in the South Fork area" mentioned in the 10/20/2009 Madera Irrigation District Board of Directors Meeting minutes.
When providing the requested documents please number each request separately ("Request #1," "Request #2" and so on) so that the documents do not all run together in a confusing manner.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
