The Attorney General has 45 business days from receipt of the City’s briefing (7-10-15) to render decision. Therefore, the deadline for a decision would be 9-14-15 unless the AG’s office requests an extension, in which case, the Requestor would receive a copy of the extension notification just as the City would.

Mr. McKesson:

The request for the LPD procedure manual has been returned for the Texas Attorney General's Office.
Since the manual is too large a file to email, I have burned it to a CD.
I am mailing the CD to you at the address that you provided.
It will include the Procedure Manual as redacted by the Texas Attorney General's Office and their ruling.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you
