Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66, §10, I hereby request the following records:
Records of all officer overtime pay, sorted by employee, for the 2013 fiscal year. I would prefer that the information be sent electronically as an Excel file, or other spreadsheet.
I also request that all fees be waived as I am a journalist employed by MuckRock News, and intend to use the requested documents to educate the public and not for any commercial purposes.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
