Mr. King,

There aren't any police reports on unidentified/paranormal creatures such as a "Loveland Lizard" or "Loveland Frog" to satisfy your public records request. You did not provide a timeframe in your request. Our current database maintains records from the last ten years. Prior to that date, these reports would be outside the City of Loveland Police Division's record retention policy. Any historically significant record of this phenomenon happened in the 1970s and, unfortunately, archived records were damaged in a fire at City Hall during that time.

Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all police reports and records which make reference to the "Loveland Frog," "Loveland Lizard," and other unidentified or supposed paranormal creatures.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.
