Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all documents provided to WDRB related to militia members detained on June 29, 2020. Please reference the July 6, 2020 open records request filed by WDRB as well as this news article which describes the documents. Please provide copies of all documents provided to WDRB whether they are mentioned in the article or not.

Per the attached responsive records were already sent to Shawn Breen. Mr. Breen submitted two requests seeking documents provided to attorney David Mour and WDRB for the same incident regarding militia members. Responsive documents sent to Mr. Breen encompassed both requests since Mr. Mour and WDRB both received the same documents.
