Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of any “Certification of Commercial Purpose for Open Records Request” forms submitted by Attorney David Mour and also WDRB related to their respective requests for information related to militia members detained on June 29, 2020. Please also provide any estimates of fees provided to the requesters and also receipts for actual fees assessed against both respective parties for their open records requests.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

This office is unable to locate your Open Records Request of August 2, 2020. Per your November 29, 2020 request this office is unable to locate ‘any “Certification of Commercial Purpose for Open Records Request” forms submitted by Attorney David Mour and also WDRB….’ Attorneys and media organizations are not required to submit Certification of Commercial Purpose forms for open records requests and no responsive records exist in relation to your request.
