In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please find attached readily available records per your request for 2016 - 2020 FOIA logs. Pursuant to KRS 61.878(1)(a), citizen names, residential address numbers and phone numbers have all been redacted as the release of this information constitutes an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. This data was provided to support an open records request with the parties having no knowledge, expectation or understanding that their information may be released into the public domain potentially putting them at risk for harassment, embarrassment and / or other injurious actions.
FOIA logs for the time period of 2016, 2017, 2018 and January 1, 2019 - March 13, 2019 must still undergo the review and redaction process. As you can see from the provided logs, the records for 2016 - March 13, 2019 are expected to number well over 10,000 lines all of which must be read and manually redacted. Please allow 30 - 45 business days for this process to be completed and you will be contacted via email on or before Thursday, February 11, 2020 regarding the remaining responsive records for your request.
