Pursuant to Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
The special events and sound permit applications for the public right of way in front of 136 W Market St, Louisville, KY 40202 for the dates inclusive of Wednesday, February 14, 2018 through Thursday, March 29, 2018, including whether those permits were approved or denied, and reason.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Well, this is interesting... I received a letter today that was a "follow up" to a FOIA request submitted on February 19, 2018. The letter writer (not identified in today's letter, but previously was, as "Kate Bertash) INCLUDED in the letter she sent the complete body of my emailed response to her inquiry, dated March 6.
So... I am left befuddled; what in the heck do you want, exactly??? I have attached a copy of the complete correspondence received today. Please note that my email response, in its entirety, begins near the bottom of the first page.
Any insight would certainly be welcome!
