To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting any and all documents that your agency retains regarding the 2016 Republican National Convention (RNC) held in Cleveland, Ohio. In particular, this request is for all records included but not limited to correspondence, memorandum of understandings (MOU), electronic data, e-mails, photographs, intelligence data, notes or other materials.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Melissa Hill

Please find attached responsive documents per your Open Records Request. Any records for intelligence or other data should be directed to the Republic National Convention Committee or the Cleveland Police Department.
Per your second, repeated request dated Dec 19, (attached) please note that the KY Open Records Act requires a response within three business days following the initial date that a request is received.
Due to the overwhelming number of Open Records Requests received by the LMPD we would ask that you please refrain from submitting repeated requests prior to the due date of a response.
