Pursuant to the Kentucky Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I would like to request any personnel files pertaining to any complaints from members of the public or fellow officers or disciplinary action considered or taken against former Louisville PD Detective Kelly Goodlett who has just pleaded guilty in federal court to one count of conspiracy in security a search warrant for Breonna Taylor's property in March 2020.
