1 Your request for 'All emails sent and/or received from 9/20/2020 to 9/28/2020 containing/mentioning any of the following terms:

- Breonna Taylor
- #BreonnaTaylor'

is denied pursuant to KRS 61.872(3)(b) which requires a requestor that lives or has their principal place of business outside of the county where the requested records are located to precisely describe records that are readily available. The LMPD employs more than 1500 people while Louisville Metro Government employs over 5,000 people. Your request, as written, would require more than 6,000 mailboxes to be searched over a nine day period, a process that would be overly burdensome pursuant to KRS 61.872(6).
