Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
On behalf of the faculty, staff and students of LSU Health Sciences Center we are requesting the name, related qualifications, relevant employment history or experience of each applicant for the following positions which fall under the categories of positions of public authority OR positions with policy-making duties at LSU Health Sciences Center – New Orleans. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

As we responded to December 5, we are in receipt of your multiple requests for public records and are working to provide these documents within a reasonable amount of time as we continue our diligent search. However, in the meantime, please provide me with a copy of your identification or other proof that you are of the age of majority. See La. R.S. 44:32. Also, pursuant to La. R.S. 44:31.1, please confirm by attestation that you are not currently in custody for a felony conviction and have exhausted your appellate remedies. I look forward to receiving your response.
