Pursuant to the the Louisiana Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All contracts (and their amendments), memorandums of understanding, and associated materials entered into by the Louisiana Department of Corrections for services and activities related to the Winn Correctional Center (http://www.cca.com/facilities/winn-correctional-center). Responsive materials include, but are not limited to, the following materials:

- original Invitation to Negotiate, Request for Proposal, or other applicable call for bidder submissions
- all materials provided by the winning bidder
- the most recently applicable contracts
- all associated exhibits
- all amendments

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Attached please find the current contract between the State and CCA re:
Winn Correctional Center. We have no documents responsive to the RFP
request, as the original contract with CCA was signed some 20 years
ago--well beyond our records retention period.
