Good afternoon.

I have been provided documents that are responsive to your request and am in the process of reviewing them to provide you with a cost letter. However, in order to finalize the cost letter, I am in need of additional information from my client and due to recent the recent ransomware attack on the state computer systems, my client is currently unable to access the records I need them to review. Once they are able to do so, I will provide you with a cost letter and when we are in receipt of payment, any necessary redactions will be made and the records will be forwarded to you.
