2) Any regulations, policies, guidelines, or any other rules made to limit or manage what a BEA can and cannot do.
Bail bond producers are generally subject to all of the provisions of the Louisiana Insurance Code applicable to insurance producers. We have attached the copies of regulations which are uniquely applicable to bail bond producers.
