Pursuant to Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

This is a request for any Virginia Uniform Summons issued where the location of the offense was on Evening Star Drive (Route 1340) in Loudoun County Virginia and the date of the offense was from January 1, 2012 until July 1, 2014.

The specific data on the Virginia Uniform Summons I am looking for is:
Date of offense, day of the week, time, direction, accident, weather, route number/street, location of offense, arrest date, arrest location, law section, description of charge, if it was a commercial motor vehicle, if there were hazardous materials, if it resulted in a fatality, and if it was a highway safety corridor.

I am not looking for any personally identifiable information such as name, address, race, sex, date of birth, hair, eyes, weight, vehicle year, make, type, license number, officers name and code/badge number.

I am looking for a copy of the actual Virginia Uniform Summons or the equivalent data that may be held in any electronic database.

I am a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia and Loudoun County Virginia and I will provide a copy of my Virginia drivers license to prove residency.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
