* Responsive materials should include but not be limited to:
• the initial Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposal, or equivalent call for contractors

• all performance work statements
• all deliverables inventories
• all invoices related to the deliverance of software, services, or goods

• all policies related to the acquisition and use of social media and surveillance software by individual officers and representatives of this agency

Pages 001-003 contain a signed agreement with Media Sonar. We did not renew our agreement with Media Sonar, so there is no current contract.
Pages 004-011 contain a proposal from Media Sonar.
Pages 012-014 contain a proposal from Geofeedia.
Pages 015-019 contain a proposal from Welink.
Pages 020-041 contain all available invoices from Media Sonar.
Pages 042-047 contain the Town of Los Gatos Social Media Policy.
Pages 049-052 contain Department Policy Manual relevant to social media.

As a preliminary matter, the California Public Records Act (“Act”) authorizes members of the general public to inspect and receive copies of existing records which have been reasonably identified by the requestor, and which records are not exempt from disclosure under that Act. The Act also permits the Town to redact privileged or exempt information from a record, and produce the remainder if the information is reasonably able to be segregated.

The Town is under no obligation to create documents that do not exist in the normal course of business.

Town searched its records and located 52 pages of records responsive to your request. We have produced the records to you in an electronic format as an attachment to this e-mail. If you also want the documents copied and sent via facsimile or actual copies (printed hard copies) of the documents, then there will be a charge of $0.25 per page.
