Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

A single list of all civil rights and tort lawsuits brought against the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department since Jan. 1, 2000. I would also like the disposition for any closed cases and any settlement or judgment amounts paid as a result. Please make sure the list is in Tabular format, CSV(Comma Separated) or Excel file.

This is the layout I would like for the file:
CITY: Los Angeles County Counsel case number.
DISTRICT: Federal court case number.
SUPERIOR: Superior court case number.
OFFICER: Name of officer or officers, comma separated, formatted First Middle(if any) Last.
PLAINTIFF: Name of plaintiff or plaintiffs, comma separated, formatted First Middle Last or First Last. Legal guardian noted as (legal guardian).
DIncident: Date of Incident
CDATE: Date filed in court, per County Counsel's case report or court records.
CLDate: Date claim closed
MConcluded: How the claim was concluded
TCase: Case Type
SETTLEMENT: Settlement amount rounded to decimal point.
SUMMARY: Summary of allegations. per County Counsel's case report or any summary produced for this case
PATTORNEY: Plaintiff attorney or attorneys per the County Counsel case report or court records.
OATTORNEY: Names of Outside Counsel for County.
CATTORNEY: Total Cost of Outside Counsel for County rounded to decimal point.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
