Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Copies of all department emails sent and received by Michael Leum between 01/01/2016 and 12/02/19 containing information regarding: MRA and/or Mountain Rescue Association.
2. Copies of all department emails sent and received by David Buckner between 01/01/2016 and 12/02/19 containing information regarding: MRA and/or Mountain Rescue Association.
3. Copies of all department emails sent and received by Jack Ewell between 01/01/2016 and 12/02/19 containing information regarding: MRA and/or Mountain Rescue Association.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

I received a telephone call from Ms. Keira Murray indicating you do not wish to communicate with us via telephone.
Based on your request, we obtained a voluminous amount of records. Please narrow the scope of your request so that we may assist you. For example, if there is a specific email you are seeking or a specific topic, please let us know. "MRA" alone netted hundreds of emails that may be for an acronym other that Mountain Rescue Association.
