Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1) all requests received by the agency for public records from March 2020 to the present, and 2) the agency's communications and written responses to the requests. To clarify, we're not seeking access to records responsive to those requests at this time — merely seeking copies of all requests made and the agency's written responses denying or granting the request, in wholesale or in part.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

I will preliminarily alter the scope of the request to a time frame of three months prior to the request. I reserve the right to seek all records responsive to the initial request at any point. We can do this month by month until I receive the records I requested. Let me know if you'd like and I could submit 12 different requests, one for each month of the original.

You've not answered my question -- would you prefer fragmented requests that will eventually cover all the records I've requested in this request, or would you like to cooperate and develop a release schedule that will cover the entirety of my original requests and also balance's the agency's resources with the public's right of access.
