Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
We are looking for all documents related to Los Angeles County contract with Tyler Technologies to purchase Tyler EnerGov software, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

There are a total of 1 contract and 5 contract amendments executed between LA County and Tyler Technologies. Mr. Eddie Yip will provide you with those documents as our response to your public records request.
Please note the Department is only responsible for providing our own records in response to a PRA request directed to us. We are providing you with the contract/amendments that the Department of Regional Planning oversaw and knows existing. We do not know have information about any other Tyler contracts that it may have with other County departments.
