All electronic communications, including attachments, sent to and received from employees of Citizen created on or after May 1, 2020, through today's date, related to the SafePass contact tracing app.
WIRED has been a leading publication covering technology and science for more than 25 years, and this request is being made for newsgathering purposes. As such, I request that any fees that might normally be assessed be waived in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am writing in regards to your Public Records Act request, whereby you request the following records:

I was hoping you could provide some clarification, as the request is unclear. In terms of "all communication," we are not sure from who or what department you are seeking records. Are you requesting communications from all county employees, or all DPH employees, or some other department? Could also clarify or provide some guidance as to what you are exactly requesting, as the request in its initial form appears to be overly broad and burdensome.
