All communications sent to and from the office of Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas (including Ridley-Thomas himself and each of his staffers) and representatives from Occidental Oil and Gas Co, California Resources Corporation, and the California Independent Petroleum Association between January 01 2015 and the date of this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is a response to your e-mail below, dated August 23, 2016 , requesting records pursuant to the California Public Records Act.

We will require additional time to respond to your request. Pursuant to Government Code section 6253(c), the time to respond to the request must be extended by an additional fourteen (14) days due to the existence of unusual circumstances.
