To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:
Any and all emails exchanged between New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, or his representatives, and Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, or his representatives, regarding the Stanley Cup, the New York Rangers, and the Los Angeles Kings.
Records requested date from March 1, 2014 through the date when this request is processed.
“I’ve exchanged very bellicose e-mails with Mayor Garcetti, and I think it’s good that a truly professional hockey team will be playing a team from Los Angeles," New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said, according to the New York Daily News. In order to have this request fulfilled in a timely matter, I am willing to limit my request to clearly releasable portions of the requested documents. I reserve the right, however, to submit a new request if I am not satisfied with your response.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Conor Skelding

Hello,
I spoke with someone in your office last Friday who said that some turnover in your office might have led to this getting lost in the shuffle?
Either way, please acknowledge as soon as possible.
