School Police Officers (Los Angeles Unified School District)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

-Any policies related to the role of the Los Angeles Police Department (i.e. disciplinary intervention)
-Any contracts and memorandums of understanding between the Los Angeles Unified School District and Los Angeles Police Department
-Any email communications between employees of the Los Angeles Unified School District and Los Angeles Police Department
-Any logs/records of school incident referrals to the Los Angeles Police Department or other law enforcement between January 1, 2013 to the date this request is processed
-Any complaints submitted to the Los Angeles Unified School District between January 1, 2013 to the date this request is processed that include any of the following phrases:
-'police'
-'police officer'
-'police department'
-'safety coordinator'
-'resource officer'

Please provide materials on a rolling basis, as they become available. We request that the requested complaints please be made available to us as soon as possible.

I would like to withdraw my previous request and rewrite my request to include the following:
-Any contracts and/or memorandums of understanding between the Los Angeles School Police Department and Los Angeles Unified School District from August 2016 to the date this request is received

-Any policies related to Los Angeles Police Department/Los Angeles School Police Department intervention in Los Angeles Unified School District schools, put in place between August 2016 to the date this request is received

-Any complaints submitted through the Los Angeles Unified School District Board of Education Uniform Complaint Procedure (UCP) between August 2016 and the date this request is received related to/including any of the following words/phrases:
-'Los Angeles Police Department'
-‘Los Angeles School Police Department’
-‘school police’
-‘school safety officer’
