Los Angeles Oracle Contract

This email is in response to your California Public Records Act request
dated July 31, 2017 regarding Los Angeles contract with Oracle.

The City of Los Angeles has a City Contract (#59596) with Oracle issued by
General Services Department's Central Purchasing Group. You may contact

melissa.yusilon@lacity.org if you need additional information regarding the
City Contract with Oracle.

The Board of Public Works has two service agreements under the authority of
the City contract. Please see attachments for a copy of the contract and
the two service agreements for your reference.

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code
§§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

We are looking for all documents related to Los Angeles contract with
Oracle to purchase Oracle permitting software, including the original
contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost,
contract duration, and all services rendered.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform
me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer
the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or
CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I
look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar
days, as the statute requires.
