From: Los Angeles City Attorney's Office

Mr. Powelson,

The City Attorney's Office has received your request under the California
Public Records Act as outlined in your email dated May 6, 2023. After a
comprehensive search, we have determined that the custodians in our office
are not in possession of any responsive documents you are requesting. It is
likely that responsive documents relating to insurance agreements are held
by the City's Chief Administrative Officer. I would suggest separately
reaching out to the CAO's office for further details.

best regards,
Frank Mateljan
