Hello Mr. Teel,

We have received your request for City Council records pertaining to
automated traffic enforcement systems.

All Los Angeles City Council Records are available online and accessible
through the City Clerk's online index, "City Clerk Connect" at
https://cityclerk.lacity.org/lacityclerkconnect/

You must make use of that index to identify files of interest to you. In
the event you identify an older file that has not been scanned into the
database you can request it from me.

I performed a few cursory searches on the database and I notice that the
City of Los Angeles seems to have used the term PHOTO RED LIGHT PROGRAM to
refer to automated traffic enforcement systems. City Council File 03-0354
appears to pertain
https://cityclerk.lacity.org/lacityclerkconnect/index.cfm?
fa=ccfi.viewrecord&cfnumber=03-0354
but this is not necessarily the only relevant file, you must make use to
the index to determine that you have found all the files of interest to you.

Good luck in your search and please contact me if you have further
questions of the City Clerk's Office.

Todd
