Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:
All emails sent by, sent to or cc'd to Los Angeles School Police Department Chief Steven Zimmerman from January 1, 2010 to the date this request is received that include ANY of the following keywords (i.e., please conduct five separate keyword searches):
-"1033"
-"grenade"
-"MRAP"
-"mine resistant"
-"armored"
This request comprises the content of any emails that match any of the above keywords, as well as all email metadata and attachments.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Lt. Minutella (School Police Department) received and forwarded Check # 338 in the amount of $11.95 to my attention (in payment for PRA TM# 0027507).
Unfortunately, the check was written in pencil and our Cash Receipts Unit informed me that checks need to be written in ink. Therefore, please replace Check # 338 with another check written in ink. Per my last email to you I informed you that you can pay for both PRA Requests (if you desire) for a total amount due of $17.95. I will mail both CDs in one envelope and will return Check #338 to you.
