LAPD Records for Delphi Academy of Los Angeles (Scientology School)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:

All police records, call logs, closed investigation files and/or reports generated since January 1, 2003 pertaining to Delphi Academy of Los Angeles located at 11341 Brainard Avenue, Lake View Terrace, CA 91342.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the widely reported global controversies related to the the non-standard "Applied Scholastics" curriculum based on Scientology education techniques used at this private school. Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
