Hello Muckrock News,

Our department needs more clarification about this request. They need to
know, when did you request demographic statistics of HHH applicants, do you
mean the demographics of the developers that applied for HHH funding? Or do
you want tenant demographic information for applicants and residents of
HHH-funded affordable housing developments? If the latter, we do not yet
have any HHH projects that are leased up - we anticipate the first few to
lease up before the end of the fiscal year. Let me know.

Thank you.

Muckrock News,

We need another clarification in regards to all complaint records filed
under violation of the RSO. What info do you want? Do you need APN numbers?

Thank you.

Good morning,

Our staff, Mayte Gonzales, sent two emails requesting clarification on a
few items on your request that our program staff need to know. We have
reiterated them here for you:

1) When you say demographic statistics of HHH applicants, do you
mean the demographics of the developers that applied for HHH funding? Or do
you want tenant demographic information for applicants and residents of
HHH-funded affordable housing developments? If the latter, we do not yet
have any HHH projects that are leased up - we anticipate the first few to
lease up before the end of the fiscal year.

2) We need another clarification in regards to all complaint records filed
under violation of the RSO. What information do you want? Do you need APN
numbers?

Please advise.

Thank you,
