From: Los Angeles City Attorney's Office

Ms. Llamoca,

The City Attorney's Office has received and conducted a comprehensive
search for records as outlined in your request under the California Public
Records Act. No responsive documents were identified in our possession
related to training or guidance on "rave parties".

However, I was able to identify a related file in the City Clerk's online
portal that my have documents that would be responsive and useful for your
search.
https://cityclerk.lacity.org/lacityclerkconnect/index.cfm?fa=ccfi.viewrecord&cfnumber=04-2553

You may also want to separately reach out to the Los Angeles Police
Department in the even that they are in possession of related records to
the subject you are inquiring about.

best regards,
Frank Mateljan
