Sherre Johnston has SIX DWI's so far since 2015, still driving. She asks the policeman in one video if she can "write him a check", she also asks for the Sheriff over and over again, plus several other high Public Officials, including the then police chief. She also had burglary of a shed, bringing contraband into a correctional facility, and in each DWI case, she carries a gun, loaded with hollow points. That law enforcement even fights this Request is beyond me. One would think a woman who casually asks a Trooper if she can write him a check would be in trouble, I certainly would expect to be. With all these charges, nothing has stuck to Ms. Johnston, wife of assistant fire chief and blatant girlfriend of Sheriff McNamara. Why bother even stopping her at this point? Obviously, the entire law enforcement community has been told to treat her with a much different treatment than the rest of us. The Public Records on MUCKROCK, the internet, now, on forever, prove this over and over again yet everyone, including Lorena PD protects the information and fights each and every request. THIS is Texas Law enforcement. ALL records from this woman should be made public in the interest of justice and the public knowledge.
