Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I would like to request the following records:

-Any reports that can be generated showing which, if any, messaging applications have been downloaded onto LBPD devices (including, but not limited to the Signal application)

-Any documents communicating to officers a list of banned applications on LBPD mobile devices and computers,

***This request can be contrused to ignore TigerText disappearing messaging application use that occured in 2018 or in years earlier, and be construed to be a request for information on any applications LBPD officers may have switched to after abandoning TigerText.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
