Email communications from 1/1/2010 to the current date, between the Department and Palantir Technologies Inc, aka Palantir, that contain any or all of the following keywords and phrases: “failure”, “breach”, “hack”, “over budget”, “failed”, “missed deadline”, “delay”, “behind schedule”, “downtime”, “unsatisfactory”, “broken”, “contravention”, “unacceptable”, “expensive”, “overcharged”, “violation”, “disappointed”.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Sorry, there must be a confusion. I did receive the response to my request of 11/22/16 on 12/20/16, but this current request was only made on 1/25/2017, and involves a search of email communications with Palantir.
