Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any invoices or payment records relating to the company SpyCloud (SpyCloud.com), as well as any documents relating to any free trials of SpyCloud the LBPD may have participated in.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Dear Greg Buhl: NOTICE: Public records requests and transparency remain of utmost importance, and we are continuing to respond to requests under California Government Code guidelines.  However, you may experience delays in response times as we are focusing on handling high priority issues related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Pursuant to Government Code section 6253(c) there may be delays due to unusual circumstances.
