In the department's new AB 481 policy there is reference to a "LBPD Special Order- Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)". This document does not seem to be on the department's SB 978 page with the other Special Orders.
I would like to request this document, as well as any other unposted Special Orders. Given the last time it appears the LBPD's SB 978 page was updated, this would include any Special Orders issued by the new chief.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Greg Buhl
