To Whom It May Concern (Technology and Innovation Department):
Pursuant to the California Public Records Act I am requesting copies of the following records:
-A printouts or screenshots showing the number of LBPD mobile devices with Amazon Kindle, FaceBook, Fitbit, Google Translate, iCam Viewer, iHeartRadio, Instagram, Nextdoor, Twitter, Yelp, Youtube, and Zoom installed.
**In a recent CPRA request I learned that, “All City phones are under control of Maas360, a Mobil Device Management system, which in turn is managed by City TID. The Police Department has several profiles within Maas360 system which dictate what mobile applications are available to the end users. Technology and Innovation Department should be able to easily look up the number of devices using this app and produce the requested document.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter in the time frame set out in the CPRA.

City staff is working on compiling and reviewing the appropriate documents and will produce them promptly within a reasonable time frame. Staff will notify you upon producing records if portions of documents will be withheld from disclosure due to exemptions in accordance with law.
