Good Afternoon Ms. Premack,
I sincerely apologize for the delay in releasing records to you. I've collected all pertinent records but need to run them by my manager before release. We have a bit of a backlog of requests currently under review, but I believe I can get the records to you by the end of July. We appreciate your patience while we work on your request.
Best,
Megan Felix
