Hello,

Pursuant to the California Public Records Act I am requesting the following records:

-Documents sufficient to show an inventory of all functioning mobile and stationary automated license plate readers owned or controlled by the LBPD, and accessible by the the department’s Vigilant Solutions LEARN system. Ideally this document would be a report generated by the system or a screenshot from LEARN showing the current accessible ALPRs.

-Any recent bids, bid solicitations, invoices, purchase orders, sole source letters, approval forms, or any other such documents in the possession of the LBPD related to the November 2020 city council vote approving $400,000 in ALPRs for Public Works.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter in the time frame set out in the CPRA.
